You may not be aware that business professionals – investors, healthcare providers, small business owners – are sentenced daily in the United States to 5x and 10x more prison time than violent murderers, rapists, and assaulters. How can this be our system?  It is because The System hates our country and hates our hardworking citizens.

The System wants mayhem in our communities to require dependence on the government for our very protection and daily needs. The System also despises the Independent, Libertarian Capitalists who do not need the top-down control of government. Business leaders do not need bureaucrats, but bureaucrats must have business leaders or else there are no taxes for obscene government. My employees, shareholders, and clients never needed the out-of-control Assistant U.S. Prosecutor, Brian Samuels, but without our billion-dollar firm with 100 Associates paying substantial taxes and fees, he could not exist.

The problem is that human nature allows it to happen – we create our own control. While we are outraged daily at the heinous violence committed by a small number of people, a substantial number of voting Americans support the release of these criminals 70, 80, 100 times from a bizarre collective guilt which has us vote for these policies.

In turn, our jealousy and resentment of the success of others, has us cheer when successful business owners become targets of the machine, ending in destroyed companies, ruined successful families who started from scratch, and ultimately destroying the very stakeholders the government claims to be helping. Do not let the government destroy your business and golden goose serving our communities, and do not elect prosecutors and politicians who put your family in mortal danger. Become involved. Vote. Clearly, the Department of Justice, the Courts, and the politicians are upside down. Do something about it before they destroy you next Tuesday.
