PULLING BACK THE GREEN CURTAIN ON DOJ & FEDERAL COURT SYSTEM (PART X): PRIVATE PRISON SCAMS TO LAUNDER YOUR TAXES

LESSON: I spent time in 14 federal prisons so each institution could get paid – Body on Budget! The corruption is beyond anything you can imagine – get educated!

Throughout my battle against the U.S. federal government, they sent me to 14 different federal prisons and jails. This was to ensure everyone gets paid. We called it body on budget. They also call it diesel therapy, so your family, lawyers, and paperwork could never catch up to you and provide any due process.

It had nothing to do with security or safety but was instead a monetary system based on the bodies of U.S. citizens. As you have likely learned the last decade, 90% of federal prisoners are zero-violence, low-threat men who had to accept a plea, while the States have released thousands of violent prisoners over and over to terrorize our communities and keep the country in constant fear. All by design and documented repeatedly.

But remember, everything is about money. That’s all that matters. Truth or protection of our citizens play no role.

For example, Catherin Fitts, a brilliant strategist on the U.S. and World economy, from Solari, helped expose the truth behind the $22 Trillion (do you have any idea how many zeroes?) discovered off the books from our government ledgers which was fixed by the quiet passing of FASB 56 by the House, Senate, and Executive Branch in one day during the Kavanaugh hearings to quietly permit the government to legally extract records of secret operations and investments off the public books in 2018, even though 100% in contravention to the United States Constitution.

So, even before that, in 1983 Congress authorized private prisons in the U.S.  I have been in a great number of them. They figured out the government makes/spends $154k per prisoner per year (absurd – since I didn’t see any of that food). But they figured out that stocks trade at let’s say a 10x P/E ratio (Value vs. Income). So, they constructed all of these current private corrections corporations (Core Civic, etc.) and sent the human body business that way and then extracted government/political contributions 10x what they would make as a regular government program.

They simultaneously sent in a tremendous number of SWAT teams into communities and rounded up an unimaginable number of kids for “drugs,” cut off the funding to public defenders so everyone had to take a plea agreement, and then extended significantly the sentences so the private prison systems had bodies on budget for double the previous expectations. You likely have not seen the reports of the number of judges who also have significant ownership in regional jails and detention centers.

Then they created UNICOR, a private organization owned by all the government agencies and politicians which contracted to thousands of corporations for $2/hour labor to make products and textiles in prison. At FCI Fort Dix, New Jersey, I refused to work in UNICOR since I figured out the scam. I instead earned 16 cents/hour in the law library (which they discouraged) and was constantly angry about all the coffee and peanut butter I missed out on because I didn’t have the money the cogs in the machine earned.  

These of course are not conspiracy theories because I lived it and represented over 300 of these inmates personally in the prison law library. This is how the Universe taught me federal criminal law and allowed me to reverse my own trial decisions 5 times and remove 2 federal judges for you know what.
