STOP THE SEC, EPA, FDA, FCC, and DOJ FROM INDICTING PEOPLE FOR THINGS THAT ARE NOT ILLEGAL!

LESSON: Government Agencies and the DOJ continually indict American citizens for things that explicitly not illegal just because they can and want to – throw them all out!

Federal Agencies over the last 30 years have continually indicted American citizens for things that are not illegal by any law or statute, even with the horrific explosion of thousands of more statutes and unchecked power to federal agencies to shut down your business, take everything you own, and imprison you.

These agencies even seize all your assets before any due process or conviction, and even if you win against their corruption, you likely will never regain your house, safety deposit box, and, of course, reputation.

These agencies have an agenda of what they would like to change and control, so they indict American citizens to set precedent, instead of passing a rule, statue, or law to first give notice to citizens. Then they use this conviction to round up so many more. The SEC is a master of this, even having their own unconstitutional courts and judges to convict you.

Recently, Gannon Van Dyke was indicted on charges that included unlawful use of confidential information for personal gain, theft of nonpublic government information, commodities fraud, and wire fraud. He was a special operations soldier who made money on wagering that Venezuelan President Maduro would be captured. Reportedly, he also lost a great number of other wagers. As President Trump stated, “Well, like Pete Rose he only bet on his own team!” The point is it wasn’t illegal. The prosecutors have a long list of fraud, fraud, fraud charges they throw out for every circumstance, but it was not illegal.

We should ask Nancy Pelosi what she thinks since her stock portfolio has outperformed nearly every Wall Street manager by huge margins for over four decades. We should ask Billionaire Paul Singer, a major political donor, why he bought Citgo Petroleum in Venezuela for $5.9 Billion merely weeks before Present Madura was captured and instantly made another $6 Billion on his stock. Has the DOJ indicted either?

When FINRA alleged one of our private stock investments was valued incorrectly, we said, “No problem, its only point-two percent (.2%) of our portfolio. What price do you think it should be and we’ll change it.” The outside valuation firm we hired set the price and the licensed financial auditors we hired had approved the price. But that wasn’t the government’s objective – they couldn’t tell us what the correct price was – since they are not intelligent enough to know. They preferred to shut down our $Billion firm, destroy 100 high-paying jobs, and crush a long list of charity and community organizations we started and supported. It is disgusting.

That is why when the DOJ offered three separate plea offers for a relative slap on the wrist, I refused all and demanded to go to trial against the United States. This is how they take all your assets, how the agents are promoted and bonused on the grab (fact), and how they control the population.

Stop your City, State, and Federal Governments from destroying America and our Citizens simply because they can, now. Protect your freedom and everything you’ve built. Stand up for yourself.
