Lesson: This week walk through your office and create clean, open, and organized desks and spaces. It’s the easiest and most-proven strategy to increase your performance, as well as the results of your team. It’s ironic how simple some of the most impactful business tactics are for beating your competition.

Lesson: The window is open again for fathers and great leaders to be patriotic through leadership by example. Lead your companies and your families by expressing your patriotism for the greatest country in the history of the planet. Your proactive expression will better your company, community, and children!

Lesson: In the wild real-life story below, I want you to learn to be constantly observant and ready to react quickly. I became comfortable and dropped my competitive radar, allowing organizations with other agendas to easily destroy us. I am ashamed of my leadership weakness. Fortunately, I regained my edge.

LESSON: Fear is debilitating and terrifying, but great leaders turn around the telescope and see their adversaries, no matter how Goliath, as smaller, defeatable foes when truth and the universe are on our side. If God is for us, who can be against us!
