LESSON: When making business and personal decisions, do the math to understand that we receive the same rate of return on $100k as we could on $1M. It all is the same if we expand our minds, and if a truly great business decision, more capital will always be available.

LESSON: When you are in the throes of extreme adversity, you are an easy target for manipulation. Your hope and desperation blind you to the sharks circling your life raft. Be more aware and stronger than I was.

LESSON: I turned 60 today and cannot believe it. So many times, I honestly thought there was no chance I would make it this far. Please use every cliché possible to keep yourself going through the incredible challenges this life will give us all. The rewards are off the charts!

LESSON: Remember that economic success is still punished by the U.S. government, even when U.S. Citizens have not broken any law. Prosecutors and judges still have unchecked overzealous control to destroy, fine, and imprison.
LEADERS, IN 2026 STOP TELLING OTHER PEOPLE WHAT THEY SHOULD DO! LEADERSHIP BY EXAMPLE IS THE ONLY STYLE THAT WORKS ANYMORE!
LESSON: Keep your mouth shut and lead purely by example. Outwork, outproduce, and out-kindness the entire organization and you will be shocked by your firm’s performance.
